[Map and note are in large block print]
[Posted directly under this post. The medical wing is labeled, in large print that does not match the rest of the map.]

Am I to understand that there's only a first and second floor? Or are these simply the only maps available since we're restricted from wandering around on our own?
no subject
There's a basement, too. If I put that map up they'll take them all down. Even the location of the secret stairs is strictly need-to-know.
[The thumbtack holding this note up goes straight through one corner of the walk-in refrigerator.]

[ a quick sketch is added, folded in half. ]

I didn't know the third floor and basement existed, or that the roof was accessible. Is there any reason (or way) to visit those places, or are they not worth the trouble?

Ask around, I bet someone will be able to tell you more.

[strikeout legible]
Dreams?I see. Thank you for the information.

Things that happen at night are dreams, are they not? The nurses would be prompt to tell you this.
It is nothing.
no subject
Oh. I understand.
So what you're telling me about the basement is that
going there at night...dreams of that place are quite dangerous, and probably not worth the risk?[...it's going to take him awhile to get used to describing things this way.]

Understood. Thanks.
[Added sometime later as an afterthought:] Can I get your name?

[ folded at the bottom is her description; blonde, tattoos on her face and hands, etc. ]

I'm Zero. If you need to find me, I've got long blond hair. [Trust him, that is all you need to know....]

All right.

Though it's also the most likely place where a certain person famous on the local radio station vanished from the channel from some notes I have.
no subject
Think we've got most of the same notes.
no subject
Interesting. How long have you been here?
no subject
Little over three weeks. Assuming Aguilar wasn't lying about how long this place has been running -- got here the 36th night.
no subject
A bit over four for me. There's not many that have been here either length much anymore.

I don't know whether to be happy for them or pity myself.
no subject
Perhaps pity them if the fact of their disappearance isn't something to rejoice about.
no subject
Pity's a dick move to pull on people you might have been friends with.
no subject
More the reason to find something to do about it, then.

Am I reading this wrong, or do you mean that in the literal sense?

If it makes you feel better, the giant squirrels will try to disembowel everyone.

Not all of the animals here have such specific tastes, then? I'll be sure to keep that in mind, although I'm not counting on running into any giant squirrels in the near future.

They're easier to kill than the zombies.

I see. That all sounds quite mysterious.
Your responses have been helpful. Thank you.

Sensitive, are we...
