Among us, it is quite common. The people are what make us who we are. It is an unfortunate thing that they do not think so of themselves.

I isolated once to allow that to happen... I am still uncertain which is the best course of action.

Ah, I just know that I don't excel in many things. I won't think over-highly of myself unless I can actually contribute something, right?
