To Whom It May Concern;

I realize my actions over the previous days may have shocked or confused some people and I apologize if they have created an unpleasant feelings for any of my fellow residents. As such, I thought perhaps it would be more acceptable to make my best attempt at being straightforward with my request. Please note that the patients are under no obligation to comply, but your cooperation would be most appreciated.

Please let me have your signatures.

Thank you,
