Oh, of course not. These are rules set for the Nations, not for the human/non-human population. Please continue along your business as you have, only now with the knowledge that the United Kingdom has responsibility for these areas.

Just curious, but is there a particular reason you and the other nations need to divide up the building among yourselves? I'll admit, I'm rather confused at the point of all this.
