An elaboration would be appreciated.

I am not sure how much more I can elaborate, but I shall try.

When nations are living within one small area, they must draw lines to establish what areas are their own and which belong to others. We have done so.

Please stop referring to people as nations.

We are not people. We are nations. There is a difference.

I am going to repeat my earlier statement that this is not the time to attempt separating prisoners, especially with something as unimportant as one's nationality. We're all prisoners. No one is a nation.

Besides, I said objections must be submitted to the World Meeting, not here.
