[in a passable copy of Lelouch's handwriting]

[it looks like Lelouch's handwriting at first glance, but people more familiar with how he writes will be able to tell that it's not him. Okayed with player first, and I'm also cool with people calling Brainy on this.]

It has come to my attention that there are many people from different worlds and time periods here, and as such, I ask that people please fill out the following form, regardless of if you think your world is unusual or not. I'm simply attempting to establish a pattern here.

The name of your world: (Or worlds, if you are familiar with more than one. This is largely to keep track of alternate dimensions of the same world as well as to see if there is a pattern in points of origin.)
The time period you are from: (If at all possible, a parallel to Earth years would be useful, as that is what I am most familiar with and it will be useful in establishing a baseline.)
The standard technology level of your world: (A general overview of what technology is commonplace. There is no need for specifics, I am simply after details like communication systems, transport, and the like. In particular, are you from a time period where space or cross-dimensional travel is commonplace?)
Less common technologies that might be of interest to the institute: (No doubt obvious, but if we are able to establish some theories about what might be at work here, we can try to combat it.)

I will ask further questions if the answers call for them.

Earth, 1988, a 386 is top-of-the-line in computers, and some fuckwit named Dolmacher just built a bacteria that can turn toxic waste into salt water. And vice versa.

[the handwriting job isn't good enough to be an obvious parody; but if a patient compared his own handwriting with this the few clear touches stolen from Lelouch might be obvious.]

World: I am of Belka but have visited an Earth similar to the one commonly referred to here.

Time: Dec 25 2005

Technology: Cross-dimensional travel is easily achieved individually by strong magic-users or by appropriately equipped spacecraft.

Technology of interest: Belka was well-known for its idiosyncratic technological developments, especially in weapons technology.

Name of world: Destiny Islands
Time period: I don't know about this one, sorry!
Technology: The technology of my own world is really primitive, since it's just a set of islands where people live pretty simple lives. But I've done a lot of world travel and seen other places that are way more advanced.
Weird technology: People here have said that the way I travel around is pretty weird. It's using gummi ships, which are made of gummi blocks... It's kind of hard to explain, but.... I'll try to draw a picture.

[Very bad sketch of this added underneath the message.]

Hey, kinda random, but can we meet up sometime? I'm curious to know more about your world.

World: Eldar: fifth planet of the Eldar system.

Time: In Earth years, the year was S.D. 11, or 2098 C.E.

Technology: We have developed and refined the technology of warp travel, and have functional real-time translating devices.

Technologies of interest: I'm afraid I'm at a loss for this. Their translating systems seem to be superior to ours, being capable of translating even written words instantaneously and accurately. In order to bring us to this place from as far as they did, they must already possess warp travel - or perhaps a superior technique, such as transference.

One technology of Eldar that doesn't seem to be present or common here (as far as I have observed, that is) is that of devices which respond to the brainwaves of the user, allowing hands-free use. We have also made many advances in the fields of genetic modification and cloning.

Name of World: Earth duh!
Time Period: Era Sputnik 591. Or just ES 591.
Technology: Cyborgs and robots of all kinds are pretty common where I come from. There's loads of weapons, from your basic machine guns to the high-end weapons that TUNED agents were given by G.I.B. The factories in the Scrapyard have a lot of powerful mechanical stuff and they even move their supplies around by nuclear-powered trains. Then there's Tiphares and Ketheres that have even more cutting edge stuff compared to what's available in the Scrapyard. Those are just some of the many things I can list here.
Less Common Technology: Where I'm from, Nanotechnology is part of more advanced stuff including weapons, genetics, ultra durable materials and cyborg bodies. A Professor I know is a big expert on that stuff. He's pretty much immortal with all those nanobots restoring him all the time. Plus he's been able to bring people back to life with that technology. There's also the Imaginos cyborg body that's pretty advanced and full of nanobots while there's the Fizziroy body that's made of polytene materials. I wouldn't be surprised if this institute is interested in that stuff. damn stupid bastards took my body!!

Time Period: late 1938
Technology level: Travel by automobile, railway and airplane; communication by telephone and telegraph; radios, color films. No space or cross-dimensional travel.

Man. If you're going to forge somebody else's handwriting for any reason, the ->number one rule<- is to do it right. I could spot like... a lot of mistakes just glancing at this thing! I'm offended on principle.

The name of your world: Earth
The time period you are from: 22nd century. 2183, specifically.
The standard technology level of your world: Much of the old technology had been destroyed during the hundred years of war, making Magic and occult practices more prevalent than science. With the exception of Zepp, all countries have banned the use of this old technology, deeming it Blacktech.
Less common technologies that might be of interest to the institute: Gears (biological weapons either genetically altered or created to be infused with Magic), Forbidden Beasts (parasitic bioweapons produced during the Holy War with, I believe, the purpose of fighting Gears), and widespread use of Magic.

1) Species is from Cybertron, I was based on Chaar when I got yanked here.
2) About 2007, Earth-time
3) Lasers, space travel, transformation (including triplechangers), combiner tech, flying, probably a ton more than what humans have. We did time travel by accident once.
4) All of the above.

1) Earth.
2) 2309 A.D.
3) Extensive use of solar power in transportation, which ranges from one-person motorcycle units to space elevators. Combat is conducted via mobile suits: large, humanoid robots controlled by a single pilot. Most communication is made possible through cellular phones with video screens. Space travel is commonplace. Cross-dimensional travel is not.
4) All of the above, with the addition of extensive information in regards to human engineering and nanotechnology.

Why are you trying to imitate Lelouch's handwriting? That isn't funny, you know. It's really mean to do something like that. Besides, these are the kind of questions you didn't need to forge someone else's writing to ask.

World: Earth.

Period: 2008, by the Gregorian calender.

Technology Cell phones, internet, cars, airplanes. We have space travel but it is extremely limited. There have been no manned flights to anywhere besides our moon.

I don't think I have any technologies uncommon to this period.

And is there some reason you keep taking down so many notes?

The name of your world: Earth, also known as Earth One.
The time period you are from: 21st century.
The standard technology level of your world: Space and cross-dimensional travel are possible. Space travel is far more likely, and cross-dimensional travel is both tricky, and carries consequences.
Less common technologies that might be of interest to the institute: I don't think I have anything on the "technology" front, but the world I come from is full of meta-humans, as well as aliens. Some people call some of them superheroes. I'm not personally fond of that word. The big organizations are called the Justice League of America, the Justice Society of America, the Titans, the Teen Titans, the Green Lantern Corps, and the Legion of Superheroes. I am not entirely familiar with every one of the above, and there are some that I've left out.

[He's smart enough to catch the handwriting differences, but honestly, he hasn't really been paying attention to Lelouch's posts up to now, since he's only been here for two days.]

The name of your world: Earth
The time period you are from: February 2nd, 1972
The standard technology level of your world: Toasters and microwaves and color television (bleck) and men in orbit and computers just smart enough to sent grabber arms after trace readings of gold (but not smart enough to realize when it's reaching into someone's mouth to get at it). Space travel is getting more common - the US government just put a five-star hotel up there to help pay down the deficit - but dimensional travel is ra unknown.
Less common technologies that might be of interest to the institute: Can't really say much about that. Maybe Landel just wants some decent sweets.
