I'm sorry for the unhelpful answer, then. :( There's a library if you need to research. They have all sorts of genres available, though I'm not sure they have much in the way of mythology, but I was able to pick up a helpful gardening tip fr [ the rest is scribbled out ]

I'm sorry... You're not the only one feeling silly. I haven't really asked around very much admittedly, but I have it on good authority that most people aren't too sure where this building is.

There is a nearby town called Doyleton, though. I'd never heard of it before drea arriving here.

While it does take that Chinese character in its common name, it is just an apartment complex. Maison de Ayakashi, or Ayakashi-kan to its residents. I thought with its unusual name, it might be an easy way to garner the attention of anyone I was acquainted with back home. I didn't realize there would be so many experts on monsters and demonology here.
