In the set that includes all possible realities - which is infinite, and a large infinity at that - probability dictates that those things have occurred. Chaos is inherent in any system. Just some chaos is more interesting than others. And, I will note, any system that becomes overly ordered will fall into unchanging stasis. And then you'd do nothing but whine about how utterly bored you are.

If you didn't want to be messed with, you shouldn't have evolved a mind.

And that would be telling.
