All I can guess is that it's because, technically speaking, I haven't even had a body for well over a century (who knows, I don't count any more) and that I've been stuck in one here, against my will. The year that I came from is... I think by western calendar, it's 2006? I don't think anyone actually knows what year it is in this location. But it's far more modern than 18something. They had a television in one of the rooms, if nothing else.

A box with moving pictures. It's got something to do with electricity.

Like a sort of recording? My golem, Timcanpi could do that. Record moving pictures of things that happened and replay them later. I didn't think it used electricity though.
