The benefit of being in bedlam is that there are doctors about who specialize in curing the illnesses of the head, yes? I shouldn't think it too hard to transfer that knowledge over to illnesses of the heart.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to ruin your reputation though, unless they pushed a little too much for you attention and you had to turn them down. Still, jealousy isn't all that attractive.
