Another person from the clan of Noah has arrived here as a patient.  I'm pretty sure he goes by the name Tyki and he is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.  Please be very careful should you encounter him and if possible, avoid him entirely.  He looks like this:

It's a black and white picture so I know it's hard to tell, but he has black hair and dark skin.  The Noah are easily distinguished at night by the row of crosses on their foreheads, as you can see.  Again, please be careful!  If you have questions or information on these individuals, please let me know.  Thank you.

Laws about Innocence? Not that I've ever heard of. It's really more a church matter. Parliament isn't much concerned.

Well, if you're under 18 in most places even the people from the church aren't allowed to mess with it. Protect yourself or something unless you're into that kind of thing.
