Another person from the clan of Noah has arrived here as a patient.  I'm pretty sure he goes by the name Tyki and he is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.  Please be very careful should you encounter him and if possible, avoid him entirely.  He looks like this:

It's a black and white picture so I know it's hard to tell, but he has black hair and dark skin.  The Noah are easily distinguished at night by the row of crosses on their foreheads, as you can see.  Again, please be careful!  If you have questions or information on these individuals, please let me know.  Thank you.

Well... I don't really know how strong he is in this place. My powers are severely limited, so I imagine his are too. Back home though, he could pass through walls, flesh and blood, anything, touching only what he wanted. He could tear out a man's heart without even making a cut on their body. And he kept these... evil butterfly... things as pets. They were carnivorous, and really, really painful.

Just be careful! I wouldn't try fighting him over a pack of cigarettes next time. Like I said, I don't even know if he still has those powers. Though I can't say I want to test and find out either. If it got bad, I would have stepped in last night to stop him!
