If there is anyone present who would be willing to instruct a fellow inmate on how to better shield herself against the night's terrors, I'd very much like to speak to you. I'm not entirely unschooled, but find my usual means ill-suited for use in this place. I don't wish to be a liability, and would greatly appreciate any aid that might be offered toward that end.

Seems like there are some good people working in them, whatever the case. If you ever need a hand.

I'm sure you'll get volunteers for that, too. I couldn't help you out much.

I don't doubt that there are. I just haven't been here long enough to draw my own conclusions, and wouldn't want to find myself on the wrong side due to a mistake made in ignorance. I hope you understand that I don't mean any insult to anyone.

Of course not. What's there to be insulted over? As long as you know you've got options, what more is there.
