If there is anyone present who would be willing to instruct a fellow inmate on how to better shield herself against the night's terrors, I'd very much like to speak to you. I'm not entirely unschooled, but find my usual means ill-suited for use in this place. I don't wish to be a liability, and would greatly appreciate any aid that might be offered toward that end.

I've seen the notices posted, though the details are scarce enough that I'm hesitant to commit myself to any alliances. Regardless, I'm not looking for protection. I'm looking for someone willing to help me learn to better defend myself within the limits imposed in this place so that I need not rely on others for protection.

I'll teach you what you need to know to survive. I don't expect you to become an Eyrien Warrior but at least you'll know how to gut anything that tries to make you it's meal.
