I apologize for my actions last night (results of some sort of experiment, I believe? My memory is foggy at best), though the words fall flat. Don't worry about it. We survived. I know a lot about brainwashing. Don't let it get to you. Don't give in to their game. That's almost certainly what they want, why they did it. You can't change the past. Stay true to yourself. Remember who you are.
