[handwriting is rather poor]

I've become rather curious about something I only recently became aware of, and I was hoping that perhaps the input of others might clarify things somewhat.

What language do you speak now?
What language do you hear others speaking?
What language is this written in?

It's a matter of... some importance to me. If you would be kind enough to answer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, my dear human Captain, I was hoping to meet with you again sometime today, if only to prove to myself you weren't a desperate fantasy! Please, let me know what time would be most advantageous for us to... talk again. I do so miss you when we are apart!

Believe me, it was a chore getting there, but it was interesting once we made it. I seem to recall running by at least... three highly skilled fighters before making it to the basement. So you aren't alone in being attacked, believe me.

I really don't want to treat people like things anymore. People have feelings and lives and aspirations and their own thoughts. It's not for me to dictate how they move or how they live their lives.

But yes, this is why I'm fascinated by friends. Especially ones I've made here, since I've only been here a week. [tear splotch] It took me months to make friends at home. But I'm slowly starting to trust those I work with here as much as I trusted my friend back home.

I miss him, though. Everyday.

I wish you could tell that to my friend. He won't listen unless I force him, and that defeats the meaning so it's kind of...like being stuck between a rock and a hard place, yeah? I have some other friends here, but I'm starting to think I'm losing touch with them...

Make sure your friends know how much they mean to you. You never know when they could go away. I lost someone here already, and I've never stopped regretting it.

Yes, I can see how that would be rather frustrating. Especially if he listens to whatever you tell him.

Why do you think you're losing touch with your friends? Do you just not see them frequently, or are you running out of things to discuss?

I will. I'm just not sure how I can formulate the words yet. But I'll think on it. I have a lot to think on right now.

Ha...you have no idea. He gets as sullen as a two year old when I don't tell him what to do. It's...weird. He's an adult. That's not normal, right?

I'd rather not talk about that on here, if I can help it. Too public, yeah?

And it's not an easy thing to do - that's why I failed at it. Good luck with finding the words.

Eh, it's a bit weird. Perhaps he has some sort of complex? If I were an adult relying on a twelve-year-old to give me advice, I'd think I had a complex, at least...

Certainly. Not a problem.

Well, don't let the next ones get away. Let them know before they disappear or worse, you do. We'll do our best to find the words together, yes? :)

...maybe, but it's not his fault really. It's kind of- well, it's complicated.

Heh, yeah, hope so.
