I've become rather curious about something I only recently became aware of, and I was hoping that perhaps the input of others might clarify things somewhat.

What language do you speak now?
What language do you hear others speaking?
What language is this written in?

It's a matter of... some importance to me. If you would be kind enough to answer, I would greatly appreciate it.



Also, my dear human Captain, I was hoping to meet with you again sometime today, if only to prove to myself you weren't a desperate fantasy! Please, let me know what time would be most advantageous for us to... talk again. I do so miss you when we are apart!

English, an' that's what I hear most people speaking. 'course, I've learned that people tend to talk the same no matter what world I go to, so that's not too surprising to me.

Also, the Cap'n told me a little bit about you. I was wondering if you an' me could meet up at some point. Sounds like you're an interesting person, in more ways than one.

It's a bit of an odd experience for me without the technology that usually helps such things along. I am not quite clear what it means that I am not a singular case, however... I assumed

So you've met my luscious Captain! He's quite lovely, isn't he? Perhaps a bit shy, but I find that only adds to his charm. I suppose it's understandable, I've been told that I can be... intimidating, in some ways.
I would be very interested in meeting with you as well! I am always interested in meaningful interaction with other sentients.

And yeah, he's quite the specimen. Kinda surprising to see someone like him in a place like this, but I'll just consider myself lucky an' that'll do it. Lookin' forward to seeing the guy he's said so much about. How 'bout... after-lunch shift? I think I'm free then.

Marvelous! I'll be quite looking forward to it. You've certainly roused my curiousity... how will I be able to identify you? I don't believe we've met before... I have yellow hair and green-brown eyes, if that will help.
