Everyone here is talking about feeling sick and nervous, but I do hope everyone manages to return to full health soon!

A good way to greater wellness is to remain in action! Do not sit idle even if you are held indoors! Eat good protein that is low in fat content, as well as plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits! I would suggest making yourselves vitamin-rich smoothies but I do not think that is an option here.

I do hope to hear of better results in the future. Remember! The best time to start training is always the present!
