Hey, can we guarantee that the people who leave this place really go home? That is, has anyone heard of possibly something untoward happening to those who leave the patient body?

Some of the people who've been "released" are still out there in the world somewhere. One of them was my visitor a few weeks ago.

As far as I know, nobody's been able to make it home that we know of.

The popular opinion seems to as written above: most are "released" and there is little evidence that anyone is returned home. Of course, there isn't conclusive evidence of anything, really.

The institute must keep files on released patients, which ought to have addresses listed. At least, that is what one would expect from any normal hospital.
