Vote for the one where they escape the evil fascist dictatorship in the dead of night at the end.
[Added as an afterthought.] So Sound of Music.
[Added as an after-afterthought.] Not that I know a ton about musicals or anything. Or secretly think Julie Andrews is the best person ever. Totally not.
As someone already pointed out, the three that are not Roman Holiday are musicals. While I wouldn't say any of those fit the genres I was particularly interested in before I joined the military, I would say that I'm up for a musical today. I chose The Sound of Music. It's about a family that is brought together during a time of political struggle and war that arises around them.
Singing in the Rain has a love triangle, and it's about a small group of people attempting to create a good movie despite a lot of difficulties. Jesus Christ Superstar is a creative retelling of the story of a man named Jesus, a prominent figure in one of Earth's religions. It's more [pentaps] energetic than the others, I would say. Roman Holiday is a romantic comedy with some popular names taking the head leads. It's about a princess who longs for a common life and indulges in her whims on a trip to Rome, falling in love with a reporter in the process.
I'm not sure what you're really interested in, Anise, but hopefully this can help you decide. All of them are known to be classics in their own right. I'm sure whatever is chosen will be entertaining.

[After-after-afterthought.] I blame Wallace.
