Cat Child? Are you talking about a Roakian? I mean, a Fellpool?

What a shame.

[replied under the fold:]

Yes, yes exactly! And there would be a tail, too, if you've had the chance to notice.

Amazing! I'll have to see if this person you're talking about knows any of my friends, then.

I don't mind, assuming you'll take this note as I've taken your last one. Fellpool are a race of cat-like people found on the planet of Roak, a name Earth and the rest of the Alliance has given the planet. They live in a relatively medieval society, which marks their planet as Underdeveloped and there is a strict code against bringing technological advances into their culture that have not yet developed naturally.

Judging from what I've gleaned in my time among their people, they're much like humans. Some are warriors, farmers, merchants, entertainers; it's a very complex society and it's been fascinating to study. As for temperament, they're also like humans in that it varies greatly from person to person. They generally are protective about their tails and ears, though, unless they find you to be someone they're comfortable with.

[pentaps] If you had a specific question, I could probably come up with a more focused answer.
