I have heard of many other models having been built for the purpose of war. It has always sounded rather dark.

I was not intended to have a 'free will.' However, I obtained my own purpose after my second break-down and reconstruction. It is my will to continue to carry out my original purpose, but I have other goals in mind that are solely my own.

Interesting... I've never heard of that before. All Reploids have the ability to think and act for themselves, so it's a little surprising for me to meet another android who wasn't intentionally built with that ability.

I believe that from my time it is still believed that creating a fully self-aware A.I. is impossible. I am perhaps... a special case, if I may be so presumptuous as to say so. I was built with an intended function. At the time of my creation, there was no reason that I should have possessed a will of my own.
