I wouldn't call it terribly common, but it's not exactly unheard of, either. Even though I attended an academy specifically designed for NEXT, I didn't meet anyone with the same power as me until after I graduated.

As for the patient in question, I'm afraid it wouldn't be fair of me to out him on this particular post without his consent. You didn't get the chance to ask him yesterday?

I did, but he never told me. Not sure if he forgot, or if he just didn't want to say. Either way, getting someone's name and then not giving yours in return's pretty bad form, I think.
