Is there anyone willing to offer women's self-defense lessons? They've been shown to increase confidence and emotional well-being, even if the lesson hopefully need never be applied.

I'm afraid I don't have anything to offer in return.

Beginning of the night should work. Best way to work it is I show you a couple things, you practice on your own, and we meet back up however often you want. It's better to know a couple things real well than a bunch of shit badly.
