What happened to Dr. Landel? I only know what went on on the recreational field yesterday and now there are hardly any hospital staff around.

That is how it seems. Landel was escorted out of the Sun Room and, I assume, removed from the premises entirely or we would be hearing from him already.

I didn't know that's what happened. It seems like there's a whole new system now without him; I heard that this morning they even decided to limit who can visit the bulletin board.

It has something to do with ranks, doesn't it? I'm not really sure what that's supposed to mean. When I left my room, I noticed some people have little pins on their berets while others don't, too. I've never seen the uniforms personalized before.

I believe so. And yes, I have noticed the pins, but I am unaware of what they mean yet.

How do you mean? If they seem like a military organization to me, I'd say so. I know "general" is used in more than one country, but I've heard the rumors that the Institute is in America. The style of the uniforms probably wouldn't be too out of place in an American setting.

It's hard to believe he could be fired just like that. I wonder if he worked for General Aguilar or if they just didn't see eye to eye?

[pen taps] I don't know if he was fired, more like just thrown out for not following some general's orders. I saw the whole thing when it happened. Still can't believe how boring and normal Landel looked

If he did work for this Aguilar guy, that bastard sure acted like he was the real boss of the place and that it was gonna fall apart if he got kicked out... Sounded like he couldn't trust the general to do the work for him... Don't know if that's a good or bad thing for us...
