[Messy, but just readable handwriting. The way it's all over the place almost gives off the feeling that the letters are trying to spread out and take over the slip of paper it is written on. This note is very noticeably posted in the middle of the board over the other notes there.]

So this is the bulletin, right? Right? Sakura told me to post here, so I guess I'll give it a go.

Has anyone seen or know someone by the name of Chane? She can't talk, so I guess that's a defining characteristic.

... Oh, really? But what if that's her fake name and her real other name is Chane? Actually, I should just describe her, right?

Chane has short black hair, kinda bobbed, and she usually wears a back dress, though I suppose since everyone here's dressed in unsightly smiley-face-army uniforms, she'd probably be wearing that? Oh, and she likes to use knives!

So! Does the lady you're thinking of fit the description?
