So did America die yet?

I've heard a lot less loud obnoxious shouting lately, so I thought maybe that's what happened.  I guess maybe he just got too scared and decided to hide in his room and not come out.  Either way, I haven't seen him for a while.

...are you talking about Alfred-san? If so, that's not very nice.

No, it's kind of mean to ask if he's dead. I'm pretty sure he's not. I didn't kick him that hard I was told he was "released" a few days ago.

All you have to do is ask if he's still here.

That's what they do here. They brainwash you into believing that you're the person the doctors say they are, then "release" you.

I really don't think that's possible.

But to ask if he died in such a manner... And I don't think many people know about us yet...

[identity profile] osoreirimasu.livejournal.com 2010-11-23 06:57 am (UTC)(link)
Well, he does like that, but... There could have been other ways to ask after him if you were concerned.

How horrid! Could you not think of a kinder way to ask? You must use more tact when addressing the public.

That would have been better than what you did post. But, you did not direct your original message to America, but to the patients. Please consider that writing so callously of death, in light of the night's events our dreams, is in very poor taste. At the very least!

There is a large difference between sugar-coating and cruelty. It should not be difficult to walk that line.

I'm pretty sure America's not 'dead.' We're still standing on it, no?

Because the local accents match? Unless this is Canada in a very clever disguise, we are most definitely in McDonald's Nation.

Also the hammer and sickle thing is so pre-1991.

That's not very patriotic of you!

Then it's just not nice even if you aren't American.

I don't think that guy is going to die that easily quickly.
