Well, the writing on it is definitely Hebrew (I think), but I'm not familiar enough with the language to tell you anymore about it.

I'm no expert, but I think I've seen things like these in books on the occult. Wasn't really interested in it that much so I usually put those books back.

You might have a better chance of finding someone here who can decipher the writing at least. Sorry I can't help you more.
