History Club

History Club Members: Regular activities resume now. Comment here if you wish to receive an assig-- a project, and alert me to any updates.

To those interested: The History Club is a group of individuals with common interests, particularly military based, seeking to further our access to the currently unknown. As you become more accustomed to Landel's, you might find yourself seeking such a group to pass your free time.

Hanatarou: I need your assistance, if you are available.

Taura, Hanatarou, Kenren: I'm interested in what you gained the last time we were all together. I suspect I'll find time to meet with each of you, though likely not today.

Weaver: I will need to make contact with you soon.

And since it seems that the nurses are ever-vigilant, I suggest that everyone consider their replies carefully. I'm sure none of us wants to say the wrong thing, correct?

I would ask if such things were against the rules, but you give me the impression that they don't subscribe to many of those. How unsportsmanlike!

Unfortunate that it seems as though they're the only ones out there trying to win.

Agreed. There are, however, different strategies for playing the same game. Though not as prominent, there are others around who play their own way. Their teams tend to be smaller and cater to different types of players, but they are more enjoyable. It depends on individual interests.

If nothing else, it's good to have a diversity of games to choose from.

What saddens me is that none of these other teams are as active or informed. I have things to do, places to be, and I'm in no small hurry.

Ah well. I'm not much of one for joining, but I am fond of knowing all the elements involved.

Thank you for your advice, kind sir or madam.

Your detractor has piqued my curiosity, for better or for worse. But you are quite right. If I have listened to them, I must hear you as well.

Still, as you have implied, words are tragically unhelpful in situations like this. So how do you feel about a temporary audience to these activities?

I would need countless more details and examples before I could determine the nature of your methods and whether or not they are called for. It is terribly easy for all parties to seem reasonable and justified on paper, particularly to a new eye such as my own.

Of course, I understand perfectly. I can hardly expect special treatment, especially considering my overt curiosity and concern! But yes, I would appreciate an opportunity to see the lot of you at work, even on a smaller scale.

Do be sure to hide all traces of evil-doing before I arrive!
