[Neat, but hurried writing, folded over with 'Commander Spock' written on the front]
Commander Spock, sir:
Assuming you are familiar with somepr people getting better today, I must report that the Captain is among them. Apparently his name is now 'Bill Shatner', and he felt it necessary to inform me that was his real name. As to why, I am currently uncertain.
He approached me during the designated afternoon meal period, sat across from me, then after calling me by my name, said that he had mistaken me for someone else. Soon after, I realized that he had assumed the life of his counterpart when he asked me if he was 'still hallucinating'.
As of now, I have no further information to report, though if I discover anything new, I will relay it immediately.

So you're Mr. Spock's subordinate, huh? What's he like back home?

Not that I have any complaint concerning Commander Spock.

[Anon, handwriting not well disguised]
Seriously?
Seriously?
No really, that's seriously the name he's using? No hint of irony AT ALL?

I don't watch very much sci-fi, I'm not sure why this is ironic either.

I had heard the announcements referring to patients who had made a recovery. So long as the Captain is displaying such signs, then it seems that he is no longer fit for duty. I shall endeavor to speak to him personally at the first opportunity.
If I do not contact you to inform you otherwise, meet me in the hallway that is located next to the block that contains my quarters. I trust I do not have to specify the time.
Keep me informed of any changes.

I will meet you there. I recommend we proceed to the Captain's location quickly, though, in case he decides to investigate why his door is unlocked.
