Same here, although I wasn't feeling any guilt for what I'd done before. It is... not the best feeling.

I'm not sure at the moment. I feel fine, but that isn't necessarily an indicator of what state I'll be in ten minutes from now.

Mostly due to the fact that the initial trigger for all of this has been admitted here as well.
