I'm afraid I have to agree with the above statement's reference to 'nonsense'. In a place like this, it seems rather foolish and even counter-productive to be pointing fingers and crying 'monster' like children.

I'm sure we would be better off as a whole if the myths were left in the storybooks, don't you think?

Vampires? Guess it'd be stupid to say they're not real, when it sounds like tons of weird stuff shows up here.

I never met any real ones, but I know this one guy people thought was a vampire, even if he wasn't.

In a place such as this, where there are those quick to panic, inquiries are an open invitation for others to point fingers. It has happened enough times in the course of history, each one ending in a fair amount of tragedy, if I do recall. It would be better to avoid the invitation altogether.
