At night, the chapel contains a fountain of human blood. It is ornate and appears to have a purpose. Does anyone know the purpose?

It did nothing while myself and another was there.

Yes, I do. I have had the misfortune of using it twice, once accidentally, and once when it was... necessary.

When you go injured and with another person, your wounds transfer when you step on the indented tile before the saying, "All sinners step forward and be healed for a price." I've heard that your strength will leave you instead of the wounds transferring, but this I have not yet seen. It's not something to be taken lightly.

No. Just the injured party.

I would assume that it is one for one; to say, one injured person to stand on the mark at a time. And if there are more than one healthy, I do not know. This has not been tested. There were talks about it a week ago, but nothing became of it.

If there is more than one healthy person, it appears to be random.

[Disguised handwriting, as if not written with the dominant hand; will carry over to any subsequent messages.]

How do you know that it is human blood?

And easily differentiated from the blood of a cow, or of a chimpanzee?
ryuuzaki: (seriously?)

Interesting.

What are its particular qualities?

A sceptical human.

I am more interested in the question from an empirical point of view -- not what elements set human blood apart from that of cattle, per se, so much as whether or not you are sure that the taste of human blood is absolutely unique.

It seems that it could only be established by rigorous testing.

Or the assumption that such a sense is accurate.

Because there is some value in knowing how much we are being tricked here: which elements have been created primarily to frighten us.

No, but it stands a good chance of unsettling those who are human.

Whether you discuss it or not, we are left with some interesting questions.

I was going to ask about the fountain myself. I saw it with another guy up there last night. When that explosion happened, it cracked the fountain and started leaking blood out onto the ground. Now I'm glad that neither of us touched it!

If anyone else is reading this, do you know if there are any other strange things in the chapel I should know about? I'm thinking of going back there tonight to check it out more closely, so it'd be good to know if the fountain is all there is to worry about in there.
