What a presumptuous statement. Perhaps that is true for you. [Barely perceptible hesitation mark here] Other patients may have their own matters to settle from where they arrived. Do not speak for them.
There's like, a million possibilities! The new one could be a fake! How do you know it's not? Or if we're put back to the exact moment we left, maybe there wouldn't be a double? It's no use worrying about all this stuff so early! Unless you're content to stay here, I'd be thinking of a way out regardless of what it'll be when we get there! It can't be worse than this!
Even you do escape, you can't just waltz back into your world and kick out whoever's in your place. It's not like there can be two of you running around.
There are countless worlds out there, perhaps even ones that are perfect little copies to support your very negative theory. One of them is missing me, and I wish to return to it.
Wait, do you mean if we got out and Landel was still here? Like, we only escaped?
If Landel was gone for good, I would totally steal all of his stuff. I mean, who wouldn't want their own army of nightmarish zombie animals? Plus, he must have a time machine or two lying around here somewhere.
Unlike a lot of people here, there's a slight possibility that this is my world. Landel's is said to be in New Jersey. I live in New Jersey.
Although, the possibility of this being exactly the same Earth that I'm from seems pretty slim. I'm sure I could adapt.
I'd rather just get back, though. I've seen some of the other responses, and multiverse theory does kind of dictate that the exact point in space-time that I was taken from still moves on, without me, and I'd have to find a way back to fill that hole.
I hate multiverse theory. I hate multiverse everything.

There's no place for us in our own worlds.

You talked to me at home after I showed up here. Someone's there in your place.
