Also, where I am from, people are required to learn a certain degree of interpersonal skills. It wouldn't hurt you to do a bit of training yourself, if you'll forgive me for saying so.

.........then I'd say you failed that skill set. Firstly, it's Brainiac 5, and secondly, one would think making suggestions on how to improve other's behaviour is displaying an equal lack of interpersonal skills.
