No, he isn't an angel, but he looks a lot like one. Although he usually isn't smiling like that, either.

But he has a good heart inside, right? Usually scary-faced people are actually nice on the inside, even though they try to act all tough and whatnot.

Well, I'm Fai-san's friend, but Kurogane-san is very grouchy and I'm not sure what he thinks.

He is, and he's sometimes very mean! He tore down the pictures that Fai drew yesterday and scribbled all over the one I drew! [arrow points here]

No wonder he's always grouchy, he doesn't know when to have fun or lighten up a bit.
