...That's unpleasant. I've never heard of these 'dinosaurs' before, but I am glad they all died. Did the gods slay them?

Not...I'm assuming they didn't, but you know. Different worlds have different ways and all that jazz.

There's a couple of different theories about how they died. Some people think it was a giant meteor, others think it was a shift in climate and they couldn't cope, Deccan Traps volcanic eruptions, etc. No one's pinned it down yet.
