I think it's supposed to be at some point between 2006 and 2009, though I'm not entirely sure. I'd tend to think the latter more than the former. Time tends to act very strangely here.

It's a bit of both - which I know is hard to believe. The timelines here diverge so wildly from what they would at home, and...well. I'll try to explain that better tonight.
