He told you that the nights here are dangerous, right? I have a couple of little knives, so like I said, you can borrow one (or maybe both) if you want. They should serve well enough in a pinch. I've never seen him act like that around anyone, so either you're special, or the nurses did some Sneaky and Dastardly.
