Yes, a twin sister, Sumeragi Hokuto. Though she was taken from an earlier time, so she looks a bit younger than me now. I don't think we can really be mistaken for each other anymore though one person already has.

Well, last time everyone got a pack of coupons to make up for money, like one for a free lunch at a fast food restaurant, and a free spa treatment... That sort of thing. As long as you don't make trouble, it seems all right to explore and talk to townspeople, so far as I know.

This is the first time I'm hearing anything about this Doyleton. They really let everyone wander around freely?

Well, I'm sure the staff's aware of it.

They do to an extent, I think, but... I don't know about the rest. We are coming down from a mental institution, after all. What we do or say probably doesn't hold much weight.
