Yeah, it's sort of like one.

Every other night people get taken for sleep studies and I run groups up there to help them so they aren't left to fend for themselves up there.

If you can - try to meet with Tsubaki and head up. If you can't, get up there and rendezvous with her there. It'll be faster that way and I'll be up there as soon as I can with others.

Torture. This place takes people every other night and experiments on them. I go up there to take care of them once they're out - or try to figure out a way to break in before they can start.
