Clubs or the freelance alchemists seem to be the way to go. There's a nice girl called Skuld who has a waiting list going right now, and I know that the Cooking Club does have the means to help you as well, though I'm kind of new, so I don't know the specifics yet.

Yeah, Skuld's the only one I know of, but just because I don't know about them doesn't mean they're not there. Ask around, see if there are others.

No idea. All I know is that she calls herself "one of the alchemists", and that her abilities work by what others have said. All she asks for in return is metal to make the weapons and the promise of a favour in the future.

I haven't seen much of what she's said about herself personally. As far as I've seen, she'll post a bulletin notice letting someone know that it's their turn, and then ask if anyone else wants to be added to the list.
