I'm not sure yet, to tell you the truth. I suppose part of me is hoping I'll wake up tomorrow. But if I do end up needing one, I'll be happy to pay you whatever you ask.

In a manner of speaking; however, it is not 'smithing' which is utilized, but rather 'alchemy.' A much faster process, at the least.

However, I at least am interested in hearing more about what you have said. What sort of experience, and what sort of designs? And what do you need in order to utilize your craft? Keeping in mind that we are all weakened here, how much effort would it take to build weapons using your method?

If you prefer not to say the answer on a public board, feel free to see me if we both ever have a free moment. Even something as small as a note would be fine.

I am a mechanic, and I occasionally design weaponry for my kingdom. I'm afraid I am unfamiliar with 'alchemy', though.

As for designs, I deal with almost anything, though mostly less conventional things. I usually apply modifications to preexisting weapons, such as crossbows or chainsaws, or alter normal mechanical objects or materials, depending on what I have on hand. I understand that resources are limited in this place, but if I were to see the materials available, even otherwise useless everyday objects, I may be able to come up with something.

I'm not sure how much help I'll be, but if there's anything I can do, I would be happy to lend a hand.

I imagine that your talents would be quite useful for those we have already made weapons of, though there's only so many enhancements one can make to blades or the like. Still, it seems your level of technology is close to mine; that's a good thing.

At the moment, however, we don't have many materials floating around; the demand is far greater than our supply, as it were. However, I do know of a fair number of areas where you could look tonight and see some of what can be found here; if you can come up with any ideas after that, I'd be happy to hear them and provide what I can.

Also, keep in mind that we alchemists can make tools if they are needed, in addition to weapons.
