A) Nothing we can do to remediate the damage here.

B) Maybe contemporary medicine could do something if we got out. Emphasis on maybe. Don't count on it.

C) No way in hell that crap was made in that lab. Either they're bringing it in from outside, or there's another lab.

The basement doesn't sound like the type of place to contain a laboratory to me. Perhaps it's on this 'third floor' we keep hearing about.
