Believe me, I'm not exactly a Goody Two Shoes.

As for feeling different, it's hard to say. It's not exactly easy keeping track of how I feel when I'm stuck in some insane asylum from Hell.

Euphoria in this place would be different. Unless you really are nuts.

Different as in feeling bugs crawling on your skin, or the inexplicable certainty that you can fly. Anywhere else, I'd add distortion of time perception, but that already fucked here as a baseline.

P.S. Assuming you can't fly, there aren't bugs on your skin, etc.
