injection in the back of my neck. twice.

There was more than just the injection, but I think that was the main thing. [something has been scratched out so hard the paper has ripped]

i've never really had a hallucination before, but I thought I was back home somewhere else. couldn't keep straight what was actually happening

That sounds kind of similar, but I don't remember any injections other than getting sedated, and that was way earlier in the day.
