That's because they all enjoy being at loggerheads with one another. It's much easier to work together than work apart. They just don't like admitting it in any form, apparently.

Too many strong personalities, definitely. But, don't worry! I have a good feeling that someday soon everyone will have to work together, rather than fight.

Yeah, I get that. You're probably right that one day we won't have a choice about it, but it would be nice to think that people would be able to decide to work together because they wanted to.
