Nope. Created to personally serve Galvatron (used to be Megatron, really long story) and track down those that would defy him. And find his stuff when he loses the restricted area key under his bed.

Um...maybe? It may or may not have been Thundercracker. Or an Insecticon. Or nobody. We were all a bit busy at the time getting created and it was all a bit muddled at the time and the records we got back later weren't completely conclusive.
