I'm interested in looking over the laboratories and research facilities in this place, could anyone direct me as to where they might be located?

There's a laboratory on the west side of the second floor. Go straight when you leave the stairs.

A few of the doors are locked. They're breakable.

I'm planning on posting some lists of possible goals for the night, so people with similar interests can find others to work with. If you'd like, I'll add that objective and it might make it easier for you to find company.

The flashlights make decent weapons in a pinch, but if you're skilled with chemistry, you'll find plenty of useful things in the chemical supply closet.

If you haven't seen it yet, there's a list of known monsters and their weaknesses over here [line drawn to this post (http://community.livejournal.com/damned_bulletin/177546.html)]. They're pretty much unavoidable, but it's nice to know what you're up against.

I don't think we've met. I'm Mello, and I'm working on compiling information with the idea that the more we know, the better chance we have of breaking the institute's control over us. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Thank you but I believe I'll be able to manage on my own, though your information on the layout and creatures is particularly useful. I suppose it may also be worth looking into the chemicals on hand, as I do possess much experience in scientific areas.

It's good to see that others are also interesting in learning more about this situation, and intent on doing so scientifically. I am Brainiac 5, and I'd be interested in looking over any information you might offer.

No thank you. I don't think I'll be joining anyone who refuses to tell me anything about themselves and remains anonymous, I've already been threatened once, I have no desire to end up alone with a possible attacker.

Has it not occurred to you that I too might have someone that wishes to attack me and perhaps I wish to avoid letting them know where i'll be?

If you are worried about being attacked, it's best to not let people know where you'll be going.
