[handwriting less loopy and formal than usual]
Dear Martin Landel-
Now, I appreciate what you are doing, truly, I am. The food is excellent and leaves very little to complain about, despite the incredible amount of people sobbing over their lack of rice; I promise, I question your decisions on this not.
What I do question is your apparent need to include something I am unfortunately allergic to in every meal. I would not mind if it were occasionally, as I am not the sort to believe the universe hinges on what I desire, and hopefully not in the canteen, but I am sad to say this is the third time I cannot enter the room simply out of fear that I'll lapse into a fit of anaphylactic shock once again. Yes, it almost happened once before, if you'd be ever so kind to look into the files.
I understand the nutritional needs of your patients happens to be important, but can it please be kept to dinner or a minimum so people such as myself could avoid the substances? Really now, it is almost as if you're trying to kill me.
